How We Help
Education
Mental health issues are burdened by a stigma that other medical issues do not have. With knowledge and information, we are helping to create a time when this is no longer the case.
Outreach
Dedicated volunteers visit individuals on psychiatric wards.
Meals
We prepare and deliver meals to individuals and families during periods of instability. We also provide healthy meals in accordance with strict dietary requirements to people in hospital psychiatric wards.
Basic Needs
Ongoing donations of toiletries and other basic necessities are distributed to local shelters and psychiatric wards.
Transportation
Caring volunteers provide rides to people during times of crisis.
Morale
A holiday toy drive delights children affected by mental illness. Welcome packages delivered to inpatients in hospitals provide entertainment and comfort. Care packages for the holidays lift spirits during especially trying times.
