Kibud Av V’Eim would only be applicable for something that affects a parents’ need, such as food or clothing. Even regarding food and clothing, the parent is obligated to pay for them on their own. That being said, there is another Halacha: “Cursed is one who hits his father or mother”. Regarding that Halacha, a person would only be obligated to listen to a parent when it is something that affects the parent and does not make any difference to the child. Certainly if a parent is asking the child to do something harmful, they should not listen.

Everyone today has issues, so as long as a person is functional and can deal with others in a normal way, they are not obligated to reveal any mental health conditions even if they are taking medication. If it is a serious mental health condition, then the person should reveal the condition when the dating starts to get serious.
