Nutrition for the Optimal You

SPECTRUM Foundation is having guest speaker Gitty Berger, a nutritionist from New York, to talk about “Nutrition for the Optimal You.” The lecture will take place at Suburban Orthodox, 7504 Seven Mile Lane, at 8:00pm. The evening will surely be very interesting and informative, and will include practical tips about the “dirty dozen” and ways to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
